Dear Nancy,

 

Sorry it has taken us so long to write to you.  We had good intention, but many things cropped up and we couldn’t get to it. 

 

Most of our property purchases have come about through “For Sale By Owner” advertisements.  Only a few have been purchases through a builder.  Others purchased through a realtor were not enjoyable experiences.

 

We are so glad that our daughter and husband latched onto you when they did.  Otherwise we would not have been able to meet you and find out what a great realtor that you are!  You are an exception to the rule when it comes to a business person and a human being wrapped up in one woman. 

 

You have gone above and beyond the duties of a realtor.  A lessor person would have given up after so many unsuccessful attempts to buy property.  All of those trips to Fountain Hills to show us a list of prospective condominiums had to be almost as stressful for you as it was for us.  You never gave up on us and always had an uplifting attitude.  When we ran into snags with one deal,  your wonderful outlook kept our spirits up.  In the end, you helped us find a very comfortable place for us to hang our hats. 

 

Thank you for your persistence and your support.  You have earned our trust and respect and have built a new business, as well as, a personal  friendship with us.
