1) Eat food. Not too much. Mainly plants.
2) An American born in 2000 has a 1 in 3 chance of getting type 2 diabetes.
3) 80% of type 2 diabetes can be prevented by diet & exercise.
4) Stop eating a western diet.
5) There should be 2 food groups: whole foods & processed foods.
6) Don’t eat anything your grandmother would not recognize as food.
7) The processed food motto: tastes great – less filling(more fat & less nutrients)
8) Don’t eat it if you can’t pronounce the ingredients.
9) Stay out of the middle of supermarkets. Shop the perimeter.
10) Don’t get your fuel where your cars do.
